SHIPPING:
As soon as your puppy is
dropped off, I will call to
confirm the waybill
number, flight number,
pick up location and
arrival time.

Rember to bring your ID
and the waybill number
with you to the airport.  
Every airport is a little
different, so the puppy
will either be delivered
directly from the airplane
to the terminal (baggage
claim or ticket counter)
or the cargo facility
(close to but separate
from the terminal).

It is always a good idea
to get him/her imediately
out of the kennel and let
them do their business,
then give them a little
feed and water (both
attached to the kennel).

Bring to the airport
with you
ID, Waybill number,
tissue (for doodles), baby
wipes, tablespoon or Karo
Syrup or Nutrical (just in
case of stress), &  
usually a driver so you
can play with your new
baby and someone else
can pay attention to the
road.  :o)

Remember:
Your new baby has been
through a long journey
and while everything
possible was done to
prepare him/her, It is
still necessary for them
to have a quiet , restful
2-3 days to adjust to
their new family and
friends.  During this
time, you can adjust the
schedule on the "Puppy
Tips" page to fit more
into your own daily
activities.  It is only a
guide to the time here,
to make the transition
easier.
f you experience any
problems with the puppy:  
tummyache, lethary,
throwing up, etc.
during this or anytime in
your chi's lifetime, if you
can't get in touch with
me immediately, call or go
to your vet.  I will
always be able to be
contacted, no matter
what time of day,
however, I am outside
alot on the farm, so
please leave a message &
I will get back with you
ASAP.
The Delivery Guarantee will be filled out, scanned in, and signed by me, Lisa
Grey, and e-mailed or faxed before any deposit is accepted for the puppy(ies).  This
protects the new owner.

Once the deposit is received, the
PURCHASE CONTRACT(below) will be filled
out and mailed to the new owner at least 1 week before the flight.  Below the
numbers for the major airlines we use are posted for your info only.  I will take care
of all scheduling and arrangements for your convenience.
